Effective Change Management
Clear Choice LLC knows effective change management increases client satisfaction, reduces write offs and significantly increases the likelihood that a project hits the milestones. Yet, most firms struggle with the articulation of a change management value proposition although they know it when they see it.

Clear Choice coaches work in pairs to ensure balance, impact and bandwidth in each session, whether offsite or onsite.
I say “BLUE” and mean Navy Blue but you think Baby Blue. Is anyone wrong? No – but ineffective communication can create an expectation gap.
Clear Choice will work with the team to develop the communication strategy and plans. We will review client deliverables to assess whether the deliverable might cause issues. We will provide guidance to project management for correction.
You are guaranteed a bumpy ride if your wheels are not in alignment. The analogy applies to projects. Clear Choice shall work with the appropriate groups at all levels as milestones approach to make certain everyone is on the same page.
Clear Choice will highlight areas of misalignment and work with the groups to get everyone on the same page. Issues that pose a material risk if left unaddressed will be appropriately escalated. Preparation takes place offsite and the session takes place onsite.
Clear Choice will:
• Evaluate the team periodically to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member and the group as a whole.
• Coach the project manager on ways to improve the team’s performance, and – if asked –coach individuals on the team as appropriate.
The initial session takes place on-site with subsequent sessions on-site or off-site as appropriate.
Weekly calls with the project manager (s) provide an opportunity to coach project management through issues and concerns. We provide project management with the appropriate action items to complete before our next call and monitor progress accordingly. Issues not addressed in a timely manner which pose a material risk if left unaddressed shall be appropriately escalated. This coaching takes place off-site.
